A private Pinterest board will be created where color palette options, textures and patterns, and design inspiration from a variety of sources will be compiled. We’ll discuss preferences and add or subtract additional images until a clear brand direction emerges and we’ve established a sense of alignment with the collected imagery.

Once a clear brand direction is established, three initial logo concepts will be designed for you. One concept will be further developed and refined until finalized (with no limit to revision sets). A custom color palette will be created, along with customized patterns, textures, hand-selected fonts, secondary design elements, and web elements. A brand board and style guide will be provided to ensure that all elements are harmonious and cohesive prior to finalizing the design. Upon client approval of the finished brand design, all industry standard logo files, high resolution background graphics, design elements and font files will be provided in a convenient brand kit for use on future collateral.

In the next phase, we’ll begin with a website strategy session to determine the specific pages, overall layout, and content needs for the website. Content strategy, copywriting and/or editing assistance will be provided as needed. Up to 10 website pages will be included in this package: Home, About, Work With Me (with Coaching and/or Course pages), Testimonials, and Contact (plus additional desired content, not to exceed 10 pages total).

Once the website plan is established and final content and photos are received, the overall design of your website will be finalized–from how the navigation will function, to how the branded graphics, client-provided or stock photography, typography, color scheme, and finished design layout will appear on the completed site. At the conclusion of this phase, a .pdf site comp portraying the overall look and feel of each page of your website will be delivered. Each page will then be reviewed for content and design standards prior to coding the website for your review on our developer server.

Upon finalizing the website design, your fully functioning and responsive (mobile-friendly) website will be built in its entirety on our developer server. Cross-browser testing will be performed by our team, then a final site review will be performed by the client. Revisions may be made at this time.

At the conclusion of this phase, we will sign off on the completed website and then launch the site on your live server within 72 hours. A training session and documentation will be provided for making copy updates, posting blog or media content and adding photos.
